The Career Report was established by Cathy Balfe – an experienced and qualified career development professional. Cathy developed the Career Report to both support career practitioners to make the most of the 1-to-1 guidance time they have with students and clients, and also to support individuals who might be exploring career options without the support of a career development professional.
